A: Yes. Although we do most of our business in and around central Ohio, we will
consider any property, anywhere.

Are you a reputable company?
A: Yes. We are a licensed limited liability corporation registered with
the state of Ohio. All of the transactions we complete are entirely legal
and we always close through a 3rd party title company or attorney. We know that
serving our customers honestly and to the best of our ability will ensure our
longevity and future success.

What types of properties do you buy?
A: We invest in all types of residential real property; single family and 2-4
unit properties make up most of our business, but we also purchase larger
multi-unit properties, residential/commercial mixed-use properties, as well as
raw land.

Does my property have to be in good
condition for you to buy it?
A: No. We buy property in all conditions. If you have a property that
needs any amount of repair, we can buy it and pay for the repairs allowing you
to walk away without having to spend another dime. Q: Do you invest in luxury properties?
A: Yes. We invest in high-end luxury properties. Q:
Do you charge a commission?
A: No. We buy real estate as an investment. We are principles in the deal and do
not charge a commission. Q:
Where do you get the money to purchase properties?
A: We use our own funds and/or those of private investors who want to partner
with us. Q:What if I’m behind on payments and in
Foreclosure?
A: No problem. Our experienced team can negotiate a short sale with your bank
or lender on your behalf and make it possible for you to be released from your
loan without having to pay any money.
